Ladies Shooting is a fast growing sport, with more women looking to experience shooting for both leisure and taking to sporting competition level.

Henderson’s provide free instruction, gun fitting and club discount for a full sports vision examination and selected sports glasses. The lead instructor David Burgess has 35 years’ experience in gun fitting and is an International Shooting Sport Federation and Sport Coach UK Licensed Coach. We have access to specialist help to provide the best advice and provide alterations and fitting from one of the best gun stock craftsmen in the country.

Membership is £10 per year. We ask that you join an organisation to provide you with your own public liability insurance.ie BASC, SCTA, Scottish Gamekeepers etc.

Shooting Lessons & Shooting Club

Frank Henderson & David Burgess are both Qualified Scottish Clay Target Association instructors.

Lessons are designed to teach and coach and are aimed at the novice wishing to take up the sport and at the more experienced gun owner who wishes to improve their skill set.

Lessons include, eye dominance, gun fit, gun mount and stance.

At Henderson’s we provide a professional Gun Fitting service for those with their own guns or those looking to buy.

This service is carried out by our expert team and we also provide woodwork alterations, all carried out by our skilled craftsmen to the exact measurements taken to ensure the perfect fit for you.
